I bought the VisionTech Each G2000 gaming headset and they just came in. I have plugged in the USB and both audio/input jacks, the lights work and the right headset works but the left one does now and there was no instruction manual. The amazon page said there was no need for instructions or drivers, the reviews said the same thing so I don't know why the left ear isn't working.
Does anyone know why it might not be working or how to fix it?
Thank you for any information you can give.

Hello Everyone,
I have W.7 Ultimate, 32 bit. Using Forefox 16.
I have headset with mic. It is plugged into the rear sockets where audio and voice are situated.
I can get no sound from the mic.
When I check my Control Panel/Sound, I am informed that the Speakers are green-ticked and the headphones are red crossed and noted as 'Not Plugged In.'
Fuirther searching discovers that they are supposedly 'plugged in at the front,' when in fact they are plugged in at the rear.
I can not find a way to obtain a choice to change the plugged in at front, to plugged in at rear.
I obtain sound from both the speakers and the headphones of the headset, but the mic does not work.
Any advice to get the mic working would be most appreciated.
Thank you.
Colinito
